.NET Updates

The ability to download .NET application updates from the BS&A website has been limited. In order to download and run an update, please use one of the options below.


Option #1: To download the update in your .NET application, click on 'Help' in the menu along the top of the application.

Once the help menu appears, click 'Download latest version'.

Once you click 'Download latest version' a small menu will appear. Make sure the option is set to 'Automatic Download' and click OK.

The update downloading process will then begin. Once the download is finished, the update will run.


Option #2: Clicking on the globe in the bottom right hand corner of any of the .NET applications.

The globe is color-coded to indicate the importance of the update: Blue indicates no updates of any importance are detected; Yellow indicates low- or medium-priority updates are detected; Red indicates high- or critical-priority updates are detected.

Option #3: Request a CD in the mail

If you do not have internet access, BS&A will mail you an update on CD.


Option #4: Contact BS&A IT Support

If you are having trouble getting into the application to download an update, please call BS&A for assistance at 517-641-8900.
