Citizen Request for Action

Our Citizen Request for Action (CRA) application is designed to log and track requests from both residents and your staff. CRA can also create code enforcements, generate work orders through the Work Order application, and take multiple requests and associate them with an existing issue.

Tight Integration with Community Development and Work Order

Integration with Community Development allows for appropriate requests to quickly and effortlessly generate code enforcement actions. Work Order integration uses workflow rules to easily forward those requests to the appropriate person/department for quick resolution.

AccessMyGov Web Integration

Residents are able to submit requests online, and check on the status of those requests via AccessMyGov.

Email Alerts

Email alerts can be sent to citizens:

  • When requests have been received
  •  
  • If/when the request has been dismissed
  •  
  • If/when action has been scheduled
  •  
  • If/when action has been resolved

Customizable Questions

Municipalities can set up their own questions, relevant to the type of request, to gather the information needed to properly address issues.

The one feature that has made my life easier is the report profiles. I used to print and email each department’s monthly financials. With BS&A’s General Ledger application, I have preset report parameters for each department. At month end, departments select their preset profile and print their own financials. Specialized departmental report profiles have also been setup under other fund accounting applications (Payroll, Timesheets, Cash Receipts).
