User Group Meetings

User Group meetings are held for users of our .NET applications and focus on… 

  • Presenting new features in a relaxed, open environment (these are not training classes) 

  • Highlighting useful features that may get overlooked in day-to-day use 

  • Providing an opportunity for customers to get together and dicuss their use of the software 

  • Providing an opportunity for customers to request features, and for those requests to be discussed and perhaps improved upon

We have begun recording these User Groups and making them available on our website for users unable to attend.

User Groups on average last up to five hours, so we’ve separated the videos into Chapters to make the information easier to digest… simply click on the Chapter Title of the topic you wish to view.

Comparing BS&A software to our former software, it is so easy to update the software to quickly take advantage of the new enhancements the will improve the service that we provide to our taxpayers. With our other software all users would need to out of the applications before the update could be applied, now with a couple clicks of the mouse the software is updated.
