The Help Menu in all of our .NET applications offers additional ways to contact us.

Request Support Phone Call: This option opens a form for you to fill out. Enter the information and click Submit. Your request goes right to the call queue for the application from which you submitted the request.

Email Support: This option launches your email program, and fills out the To and Subject lines with application-specific information.

Fund Support includes: GL/Budgeting, Cash Receipting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Cemetery Management, Misc. Receivables, Purchase Order, Timesheets, Human Resources, Utility Billing, and Business Licensing.

Tax Support Includes: Tax, Special Assessment, Animal License, County Delinquent Tax, Delinquent Personal Property, and PRE Audit.

Tech Support Includes: Technical Issues, Pervasive, or SQL Issues.

In the BS&A Tax and Assessing programs the most important improvements to our productivity are the comment section and the ability to attach documents to the parcel. For example if a parcel received a correction to the taxable value from a Michigan Tax Tribunal you can attach a copy of the documentation from the State.
