How do I void an invoice or payment? If an invoice or payment was posted by mistake, you have the ability to void or adjust it. Please be advised that BS&A is working on program changes for the upcoming summer billing. The update will include Legislation changes for Senate Bill 972. The requirement is to notify taxpayers if their taxes for the prior year went delinquent as of March 1st by placing a message on the tax bill to this effect.
